What to wear and bring
Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. Mats are provided at the studio; bring water if you like.
Finding the studio
Evening classes run at The Montane, a home studio in BGC, Taguig. The exact address is shared when your booking is confirmed. Arrive a few minutes early and settle in.
We send payment details when we confirm your booking.

Which class should I pick first?
Yin and the Candlelit Soundbath ask nothing of you beyond arriving: Yin rests in long, supported holds, and in the soundbath you simply lie down and receive. Kundalini, our signature practice, is open to all levels.
How big are the classes?
Small groups by design. The Montane is a home studio, and every booking is confirmed personally, so the room stays intimate.
What if I need to cancel or move my date?
Message us. Every booking is confirmed personally, so changes are handled personally too: text 0917 110 4418 and we will sort it out with you.
How does First Flame work?
₱1,999 for ten days of every practice on the schedule. The ten days start the day of your first class, and the pass does not auto renew. One Kundalini evening and one Yin evening already cost ₱2,300.
